Being bashy and switching it up

10-15 minutes

Focus: Breaking through solid walls, agility, cardio for the jammers.

Groups of 4, 3 blockers forming a wall and one jammer. Blockers block at 60% adjusting their resistance depending on the skill level of the jammer. Get the jammers to switch up how and where they hit the wall, constantly aiming for parts of the blockers that hurt. Blockers hate wriggly and painful jammers! Instruct the jammer to move from link point to link point and do not focus on only one attack point. If jammers attack from one side then the focus will be to push the jammer to that side, usually opening a gap on the opposite side. Have the jammer NOT just ram into the wall, pick apart the weak points, using lateral movements.
