Get the skater or coach to pick a number, then get the skater to step drawing that number on the floor with their feet as quickly as possible. Start with easier numbers such as 7, if that is too easy move onto more complicated numbers such as 8.
This should be about getting your feet moving quickly, sweating and getting heart rates up.
