Focus: Endurance, speed control, resistance training and positional blocking.
Split the group into pairs roughly of the same ability.
1’s do a lap and stop behind 2’s. 1’s push 2’s for ¼ track then do a lap (push as would an opposition in derby - i.e. using legal parts of the body - not the hands). 2’s must slow 1’s down by plow stopping or hockey honey shuffling (facing forwards) only.
Repeat until 2’s have done a full lap. Swap roles and repeat.
